We currently ship only to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–12 business days.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 8–15 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur because of factors outside our control, including carrier disruption, weather, incorrect address details or unusually high demand.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered processing.

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or has not arrived within the stated delivery estimate, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can investigate.
