3. Products and product information

We aim to display products, prices, colours, descriptions and availability accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability can change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an order confirmation after you place an order; this does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may need to cancel or decline an order where there is a genuine pricing, stock, payment, address or security issue. If we do so after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the selected order. Standard shipping is free for UK orders. Any optional charge shown at checkout will be displayed before you complete payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Order processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery after dispatch is estimated at 7–12 business days, for an estimated total of 8–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you need to report a delivery issue.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage cost; we do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country in which they live. We may update these terms from time to time; the version displayed at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
